Sublimation is when a design is printed onto special paper. The print is then turned into gas when brought under considerable heat. this results in the ink turning into a gas, then it combines with the material and permanently print onto the product. The effects are permanent and that are used turn into gas when brought under heat, then combine with the fabric and permanently print onto the product. The effects are permanent and less prone to fading due to the substrate being part of the product rather than sitting on top of it.
Due to the nature of sublimation being used over wide range of products our turnaround time varies from job to job. However, we always aim to get the product completed within 14 working days.

The minimum order quantity varies from product to product however an average minimum order is around 50 pieces. This isn’t a set number though, it can be negotiated and we can fit your needs no problem.
