Transfer is the method of printing onto film and then applying it to garments using a heat press. It allows us to apply print to areas which may be deemed difficult in standard printing methods. Transfers allow for a different look on products such as caps compared to usual method of embroidery.
There are 3 main transfer methods we use. Screen print transfers, Vinyl Transfers & Direct to film (DTF).

Transfers can be beneficially because their isn’t the need to hit higher minimum orders. And also transfers (DTF) is cheaper than DTG due to less ink being used to print the design onto transfer paper than directly into the garment.
